clearly i'm a horrible horrible bitch.
while i'm sitting at my desk laughing hysterically about a certain "gaywell" i get a phone call.

i had given my business card out to a potential client in the airport before leaving for paris. so did not say i was interested in a date!!

moi: (business work greeting)
deep breathy porn voice (no this is the guy talking not me): hhi.
moi: hello.
porn voice: how are you?
moi: may i ask who's calling?
porn voice: it's chuck.
moi: (i didn't know i knew a chuck) chuck...
chuck: from the airport
moi: oh. yeah.

he was just calling to shoot the shit! after about a minute of akward i-had-sent-you-an-email-why-haven't-you-replied-to-it qs from him i replied with an i'm-busy-and-um-is-there-a-point-to-your-call? kinds of questions (from me)-

i was like: uh, i have to gooooo. i'm really busy.
chuck: oh, ok. if your busy.
moi: yep. bye.


get it! if i don't reply to an email, it's not that i didn't get it! i get all my emails! i checked my work email from paris! it's just that i don't want to talk to you!!! get it!
